Lon's Corner

In 2003 Lon, Mayor of Clarin Acres, retired from a long career as a telephone man.  He had always enjoyed watching programs about carpentry, for years purchased patterns and collected ideas for "someday when I retire."  He spent most of the fall of 2003 and 2004 building a new shop.  At long last he is puttering with his saws and ideas and making some lovely wooden items befitting a man at last following a dream of leisure. He has items for sale and will do custom work in the craftsman mode.

Lon has been making some lovely new western looking pictures for unique gift giving. Actually he said he wants $2000 a piece but he will be glad to receive $45.00 each plus shipping.
